Yolonda Marzest
Yolonda Marzest is a Region IV Program Manger and Resource Family Trainer. She began her career with Children's Administration in 1989 and has held a variety of positions, ranging from Administrative Secretary to CPS/CWS and Indian Child Welfare Worker.
