State Plan

The federal government through the Rehabilitation Services Administration requires each public vocational rehabilitation agency to develop a State Plan that verifies compliance with all legal requirements and provides a vision for how the organization will provide services.

Pre-Print (pdf) –Part of the State Plan consists of a preprint in the form of affirmative assurance statements based on Federal statutory, regulatory and policy requirements. The preprint also identifies optional assurances from which the State can choose.
