Driving Directions
On Highway 82 take the exit to Highway 12 (Exit #31). (If traveling on Highway 12,
then start using instructions from here.) Take the exit of 16th Avenue
and Yakima Valley College. Proceed up to "J" Street and take
a right turn. The DSHS Building is on the left side. Park in the front
parking lot and the entrance is in front. In the building proceed to
the front counter area, looking to the right you will see the door to
Vocational Rehabilitation.
Bus Directions
There are three
bus routes, which an individual could use to get to the office. Bus
route #s are, #3-Mead/Fruitvale, #4-Fruitvale/Mead,
and #7-N. 1st St./N. 16th Ave.
All bus stops are at different location on "J" St. The stop
on Route #7 is located right in front of the DSHS Building. Route #3
stops approximately 100 yards west and Route #4 stops further west approximately
