| WAC 388-105-0005 and 0045 The department is proposing to adopt the approximate four percent reduction of the daily medicaid payment rates for clients assessed using the CARE tool and that reside in AFHs and licensing boarding homes contracted to provide AL, ARC, and EARC services.
