Welcome
to the Social Service Payment System (SSPS).
The
Department of Social and Health Services uses SSPS to pay for a variety
of services that facilitate employment, increase independence, and protect
children, the fragile elderly, and disabled children and adults.
The
following is a list of resources for easy access to important SSPS information.

Express is a fast easy way for you as a service provider
to submit invoices to SSPS.
- Direct
Deposit of SSPS payments into your bank account is available.
You must submit an application packet to include a voided check or
deposit slip, an IRS Form W-9 (PDF format), and a Direct Deposit Authorization
Agreement. You can download Acrobat Reader
to view and print the W-9 form or contact SSPS at (360) 664-6161 for an alternative format. For additional information see the Direct Deposit Fact Sheet.
- SSPS
Calendar shows the dates when invoices are printed for
the Social Service Payment System. The person who needs to validate
the invoice should receive it by U.S. mail by the end of the month.
The calendar also identifies adoption support and SSP payment dates.
