Contractor Billing Information

All contractors must bill for their products and services as outlined in their billing instructions within their contract. All bills must be submitted on the A-19a form.

Inpatient Community Hospital Billing Information

Psychiatric Indigent Inpatient Program

WAC 388-865-0217 was recently created to provide state funded services for mental health clients identified in need of inpatient psychiatric care by the Regional Support Networks (RSNs). The psychiatric indigent inpatient program pays only for involuntary and emergent voluntary inpatient psychiatric care in community hospitals within the state of Washington. The program does not cover ancillary charges for physician, transportation, pharmacy or other costs associated with an inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

Travel Policy and Per Diem Rates

State employees, contractors, and other individuals which are reimbursed for travel expenses are required to follow the state travel guidelines as published by the Office of Financial Management. Per diem rates (mileage, meals and lodging) are updated periodically on the Washington State map.
