Medicaid Personal Care (DDD)What does this program cover: Medicaid Personal Care (MPC) provides assistance with personal care tasks to Medicaid eligible persons with a functional disability. This service is provided in the person's own home by an individual or home care agency provider, or in a licensed adult family home or boarding home.Who is eligible: DDD eligibility requires that a person meet all of the following conditions as defined in WAC 388-823: A developmental disability is defined in RCW 71A.10.020(3) and must meet all of the following requirements.
