A resource tool for case managers and contracted providers Consolidated Juvenile Services(JRA)What needs program covers: JRA coordinates the Consolidated Juvenile Services, which is a partnership between the state and county juvenile courts in which each shares in the cost of providing local comprehensive services to youthful offenders. Programs funded under this model include CJS At-Risk, the Community Juvenile Accountability Act, the Chemical Dependency Disposition Alternative, and the Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative. JRA also administers a federal block grant, the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant, which provides funding to local jurisdictions (juvenile courts, prosecutors, law enforcement, and the tribes) for programs that foster youth accountability. Who is eligible: Youth screened with the Washington Juvenile Court Assessment Tool by any of the State of Washington's 33 juvenile courts and placed under juvenile court supervision or retained under juvenile court supervision applying a sentencing disposition alternative.
