The Honorable Judge Frank E. Cuthbertson, Member

Judge Frank Cuthbertson is a Superior Court Judge in Pierce County Washington. He is a graduate of Duke University and Seattle University School of Law.

Judge Cuthbertson served as the Presiding Judge of the Pierce County Juvenile Court where he handled both dependency and offender cases. He has also been active in Pierce County Juvenile Court's Dependency Court Improvement Project and currently serves on the Juvenile Court Executive Committee. Judge Cuthbertson has been involved in DMC efforts in Pierce County since 2003. He is a member of the Washington Superior Court Judges Association Family and Juvenile Law Committee.

In 2009 Judge Cuthbertson was recognized for his efforts to promote mentoring for juvenile offenders in Washington state. Judge Cuthbertson served on the Board of Directors of Washington CASA and was a member of the Statewide Committee on Representation of Children in Dependency Cases. Prior to becoming an attorney Judge Cuthbertson served as Director of Planning for the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
