As we discussed during the meeting, both the PowerPoint presentation and the financial model will be posted for your review at the following address: www.dshs.wa.gov/ca/partners/transformCW.asp As a reminder, the financial model includes actual State Fiscal Year 2010 expenditures, which provides a close approximation for a regional, risk-adjusted rate to be paid under a performance based contract service delivery system.
