Letters of Interest
DSHS asked that community partners provide a Letter of Interest if interested in responding to the RFP to become a Lead Agency (formerly called Master Contractor). This request was not mandatory and in no way obligated agencies to submit a response to the RFP, but it helped DSHS estimate the number of responses and plan accordingly, and it provided potential subcontractors with the ability to make appropriate connections.

Based upon input received, the actual RFP may be revised and will be distributed for the actual competitive bidding submission process.
