The purpose of this contract is to provide training to the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors within the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) on working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals and how to successfully serve them and their special needs. |
