DSHS - CIIBS Specialized Goods and Services

Purpose	The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to determine interest, availability and geographic locations of qualified persons who would like to provide the services of therapeutic equipment and supplies, assistive technology, specialized nutrition and dietitian services, specialized clothing, and vehicle modification to eligible children with developmental disabilities and significant challenging behaviors and their families.
