Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Solution Project

Purpose

The purpose of this procurement is to solicit proposals from qualified bidders and select one qualified vendor to provide services for an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution as the telephonic method for all DSHS social service providers to claim monthly services provided.  This IVR solution will allow DSHS to continue to efficiently pay social service providers timely and accurately.  The IVR solution must be implemented by December 31, 2012.
