Office of Fraud and Accountability (OFA) Fraud Case Management System (FCMS)
RFQQ 1256-436
Purpose
The Office of Fraud and Accountability (OFA) is soliciting vendors interested in partnering with OFA to supply and implement a new OFA Fraud Case Management System (FCMS) using a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product. The FCMS will have functionality to effectively manage fraud investigations resulting from DSHS fraud detection activities and through referrals from the public to ensure optimum referral management and case coordination. Case management is necessary at all stages of the investigative process from referral intake to overpayment recovery and administrative penalties and/or prosecution. OFA has a crucial need to share fraud cases with internal DSHS administrations and external partners such as local law enforcement, county prosecuting attorneys, and other state and federal oversight agencies. |
