How do I get a copy of the Greenbook on paper?

In the interest of promoting the Governor’s Executive Order on sustainable practices and to save tax dollars, while still being supportive to our customers' needs, DASA will print a limited number of paper copies.

  1. The Greenbook will only be printed once per year.

  2. The January 2007 Greenbook has been out for awhile now.  We mailed out the initial copies in May.

  3. We have a small mail list of people who were mailed the January 2008 Greenbook.  It used to be that everyone in the Greenbook was automatically mailed one copy.  That is no longer the case.

  4. We are encouraging use of the web site because it is the most up-to-date, accurate, and complete copy available.

  5. DASA will update the Greenbook on the web site three times per year.

  6. If you do not have access to the internet, send a Greenbook Order Form for one paper copy of the January 2008 Greenbook by e-mail to Jennifer Fine finejk@dshs.wa.gov or fax (360) 438-8057, or mail to DASA Certification, PO Box 45330, Olympia, WA 98504-5330.
