DBHR's Issuance Inventory

The Issuance Inventory is a list of all of DBHR's rules (WACs), policies, interpretive statements, and memorandums of understanding with other agencies and organizations that affect groups of individuals and businesses outside of DBHR.  The Issuance Inventory is required by Governor Locke's Executive Order 97-02 on Regulatory Improvement.  For each issuance, the inventory identifies its statutory authority, date adopted or last amended, the next planned review period, and the date of the last action taken on the issuance, such as the date it was retained, amended, or repealed.  For questions, call Dennis Malmer, Certification Supervisor at 360-725-3747, or e-mail malmedw@dshs.wa.gov.
