“If a client is referred from another county, do we put that county
name as the governing county (on page 7 of the Admission/Assessment form
04-416)?”
This is a situation that might confuse some people. Luckily, the answer
is pretty easy as page seven deals solely with funding. So…
Governing county will always be the county of your agency unless you
have a specific contract to provide services for another county.
For 99% of us, we can just leave that field at its default and not worry
about it any longer. For those few agencies that do have a contract with
another county then you would pick the county that is funding the
assessment or treatment.

Downtime
The TARGET system will not be available the last weekend of each month
