TARGET Update for May 2006

New Release Information

On the weekend of April 22-23 the following program enhancements, changes and fixes were implement:

 ·        Non-ADATSA admissions can now be entered for ADATSA clients (they have open ADATSA assessments).  Previously, when an admission was entered for any ADATSA client the ADATSA Assessment table, at the bottom of the Setup page, displayed only ADATSA assessments for connecting the admission to.  Now, the table will offer a selection of None which can chosen when non-ADATSA treatment needs to be entered.

 ·        An edit has been added to Treatment Activity records to require the selection of a Child Care type when Child Care has been selected as the Activity type.

 ·        Two ATR enhancements have been added:  1) CD treatment will only be counted if the client’s admission carries a Contract type of ATR.  2) The ATR Provider chosen for an ATR Service must match those in the ATR Recovery Plan.  Select the correct treatment agency w/greenbook agency number or ATR provider w/county assigned ATR numbers (four digits) as applicable.

 ·        The D & C reports now have a filter to distinguish between CD (Chemical Dependency), Detox, Gambling, CD & Gambling.  It’s right on the Scope page, third or forth down.  These filters will be added to other reports shortly.

 ·        The C9, Staff Services report now includes all of the standard filters that are available for other D & C reports.  This report is a year long listing of all agency staff, which includes counts of all the treatment services they were involved in throughout that date range.  It is resource intensive so please do not run it during peak business hours!

 ·        The calculations for the TARGET column, on the SPAR Revenue Report, have been corrected to reflect the different types of revenue streams.  Certain of these revenue streams, however, are not valid for the full biennium; they are only valid for a one year period.

Password Reset for the HelpDesk

TARGET Help Desk staff, those noble troopers, now have the ability to actually help callers who have forgotten, or should we say, “abandoned” their TARGET passwords!

Anytime you have inadvertently abandoned your “newly changed”, or for that matter, plain forgot your TARGET password – the one you enter after your TARGET user id – simply call the TARGET Help Desk (888-461-8898) for a reset.  Call before you lock out your account altogether – by entering the wrong characters more than 5 (five) times – a quick call will get you back into your agency, or county, with little delay.

Once you speak with Help Desk staff they can assign you a new initial (one time only) password that will get you logged in long enough to once again create your own (which will be good for another ninety days).
