TARGET Update for November 2007

Update Archives

Milestone Copy Changes

The Milestone Copy button has gone through some exciting changes.

When you click on the Milestone Copy button in a new milestone (assessment, admission or discharge) the actions that occur depend on the date of the current milestone and the date of the most recent milestone.

Same Day

Milestone date

If the milestone date of the current milestone is the same date as the most recent milestone date

Action

Copies all but the first and last pages from the most recent milestone.

Within 60 days

Milestone date

If the milestone date of the current milestone is within 60 days from the most recent milestone date.

Action

Copies many of the fields. It will copy all of the fields except for the ASI questions and approximately 24 other questions.

After 60 days

Milestone date

If the milestone date of the current milestone is greater than 60 days from the most recent milestone date.

Action

Copies few of the fields. It will copy all of the fields except for the ASI questions, the 24 previous questions as well as 21 other questions.

This change does mean that you do have to enter in the date and time of the current assessment before you click on the Milestone Copy button. Once you click on the Milestone Copy button then date and time fields are made un-editable.
