People are eligible for state-funded treatment services if they are low-income and assessed as alcohol or other drug dependent.  To apply for treatment under the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment and Support Act (ADATSA), you must be unable to work as a result of alcoholism or drug dependency.  DBHR is committed to funding quality care that is cost-effective
