2011 Mental Health Block Grant Plan
The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) announces the 2011 Mental Health Block Grant (MHBG) Plan, which was submitted to the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) September 1, 2010. The MHBG plan identifies how funds awarded through CMHS will be used in the coming federal fiscal year. These funds are a very important resource and are used to provide services to people who aren’t eligible for Medicaid, for innovative services and to fill gaps in the service continuum.
