National Medical Support Notice
Starting March 22, 2004, DCS will be using the National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) to enforce noncustodial parents’ medical support obligations. You will usually receive the NMSN in addition to an Order/Notice to Withhold Income for Child Support (OWI).
