CRP Contracts

If needed, DVR may purchase certain vocational rehabilitation services from Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP).  Purchase is through DVR client services contracts in which services, expected outcomes of services and outcome-based fee payments are uniformly defined for all contractors statewide.
Contracts have a two year term.  New contractors are procured through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process on a two-year interval.  The RFQ indicates the minimum requirements a new contractor must meet to be granted an Initial CRP Contract.

Prior to expiration of an Initial CRP Contract, all new contractors must re-qualify by responding to another RFQ and show evidence of meeting additional requirements to be granted a Subsequent CRP Contract.  Depending on the specific CRP Contract services, the additional requirements may include CARF Accreditation or a variety of other certification, licensure or individual educational requirements.

The RFQ for July 2006 – 2008 CRP Contract is currently closed.  The next CRP Contract RFQ is targeted for issue mid February 2008 for two-year contracts beginning July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010.
If you have questions regarding DVR CRP Contracts, the RFQ process, or wish to be on the mailing list to receive the next RFQ, please contact Vicki Sprague, DVR Contracts Administrator at SpragVL@dshs.wa.gov or (360) 725-3649 and provide the following information:
