Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) Manual

The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and the Department of Early Learning (DEL) worked together to replace the outdated Working Connection Child Care Manual with the following two manuals:

• Working Connections Child Care Policy Manual
  DEL's manual is a guide to understand child care subsidies, administrative rules and provides additional policy information.

• Working Connections Child Care Handbook (Note: This link only works for DSHS employees )
  DSHS's handbook outlines workers roles and responsibilities including step-by-step instructions to determine WCCC eligibility.
