ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM (ACP) AND WCAP

Refer to the Eligibility A-Z Manual Confidentiality Chapter, Section B for information on the ACP program and worker responsibilities.

CLARIFYING INFORMATION

A consumer approved for a confidential address should have a laminated, business card-sized authorization card. A sample of the card is below:

When you have verified a consumer has a confidential address choose the ACP button on the WCAP address screen. The address on the left will disappear and the ACP address will appear on the right. You will need to add the consumers ACP number to the address. See the WCAP screens below:
