Sign Language Interpreter ManagementThis program administers the statewide contract to purchase sign language interpreter services. State of Washington agencies are obligated to provide sign language interpreters upon request to deaf or hard of hearing individuals who are seeking accessible government services. The program monitors contractual compliance including quality of services, certification of interpreters and adherence to best practices. Announcement:DSHS has released a Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) for the provision of Sign Language Interpreter Services. To view this RFQQ, please click here for the RFQQ Document and here for Exhibit B – Sample Contract or register with Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) at www.ga.wa.gov/webs. Please watch this website or the WEBS website for any updates to this RFQQ. If you register on WEBS, look for Commodity Code 9747 - Language Translation & Interpreting Services.
