This is a graph of service needs. The left side lists out Mental Health, Chemical Dependency, Cognitive Impairment, Sexual Offending/Misconduct, and Medical Fragility. The bottom lists out percentages from 0% to 80% incrementing by 20%. The Mental Health section shows 62% for Residential Youth and 53% for Parole Youth. The Chemical Dependency section shows 66% for the Residential Youth and 60% for the Parole Youth. The Cognitive Impairment sections shows 37% for the Residential Youth and 39% for the Parole Youth. The Sexual Offending/Misconduct section shows 21% for the Residential Youth and 39% for the Parole Youth. Finally, for the Medical Fragility section of the graph it shows 1% for the Residential Youth and 1% for the Parole Youth.
