The Office of Constituent Services is a point of contact for citizens, elected officials, and other agencies seeking information and assistance with DSHS programs. The Office of Constituent Services is located in the Secretary’s office. Staff in Constituent Services responds to inquiries about general services provided by DSHS.
Constituent Services handles approximately 2000 pieces of correspondence per year assigned to the agency by the Governor’s office, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of DSHS, legislators. We take pride in responding professionally and in a timely manner to inquiries sent to our office.
