Employment Status of Medical Assistance Clients and Persons with Dependents with DSHS Medical Coverage
Requires the department to report to the legislature on the employment status of Medical Assistance clients and Basic Health Program(BHP) enrollees. This report provides both aggregate and employer-specific data related to DSHS Medical Assistance clients and non-client parents with dependents with DSHS medical coverage, as specified in the legislation.

Low Wage Worker Proviso Study
Requires the Department to report on approaches to sharing financial responsibility for health coverage of large employers' (over 50 employees) low-wage workers who are enrolled on state plans. The Health Care Authority (HCA) (responsible for the Basic Health (BH) program), the Employment Security Department (ESD), and a workgroup of legislative and non-legislative members were closely involved and consulted.

Inventory of Surplus Lands
This report requires DSHS to conduct an inventory every five years that identifies real property not needed for state-provided residential care, custody, or treatment.
