This alert is generated when ACES was unable to auto schedule the eligibility review / recertification appointments because the user's schedule was full.
The user must schedule the appointment via the (MISC).
This is a review and redetermination alert.

PROCEDURE
Determine if the client is due for a face-to-face review.
If not due for a review, disposition the alert.
If due for a review, schedule an appointment manually.
It is too late for ACES to schedule the appointment for you.
Press <F3> to return to the (BMEN).
Call the(CMEN).
Determine the time desired for the appointment.
Press <F3> until back at the (CMEN).
Call the (BMEN).
Enter the alerts Option [B] or [C] and relocate the original alert.
Access the case from the alert by entering Option [R] – Interim / Hist Change - and pressing <F15>.
Call (MISC).
Fill in the appointment information. ACES will generate a letter to the client.Check local procedures for scheduling for Food Assistance and medical recertifications.
If recertifications are scheduled prior to deadline of previous month, they cannot be updated in ACES until after deadline or the month that they are due. ACES will start the 6-month recertification period in the month the case is updated.
