412: AUTO CHANGES MADE ON OPTIONAL AU - RECAL ELIG ON MISC

This alert is generated for a consolidated AU or an AU containing an optional member when ACES automatically processes a change known to the system, e.g., child turning age 19, or BENDEX interface file shows a change of income, etc. The user must process the change. Enter a [Y] in the Calc Elig Ind field on the MISC, view the results and confirm or make changes as appropriate.

If action is not taken before issuance, the AU will receive the same grant amount as the last recalculation.
