ACES ALERTS

051: ER / RECERT NOTICES WILL BE SENT TONIGHT

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates one day before recertification / review appointment letters are sent out. This reminds users there is one day remaining to make any necessary appointment changes. 

Only one Alert 051 generates per user.

PROCEDURE

·         To change a review appointment from the ALPR or ALCA screen:

1.    Enter [Y] – Reschedule Appointments in the S field.

2.    Press <F15> - amen and the MISC screen displays.

3.    Make any necessary appointment changes in the Sched Interview section.

4.    <TRANSMIT>to return to the alert screen.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
