ACES will change the issuance method to EBT or WAR depending on the case situation and issue a replacement automatically.
If the prenote was sent on the account holder, the user should review account information recorded on the (RES1) to determine if a discrepancy exists and follow up with the client as needed.
If the prenote was sent on a account representative payee, the alert is informational since resource information on account representative payees is not recorded in ACES.
