This alert is generated when a prenote transaction is returned for Reason R03 – No Account or Unable to Locate Account.
If the prenote was sent on the Head of Household, the user should review account information recorded on the RES1 to determine if a discrepancy exists and follow up with the client as needed. If the prenote was sent on a payee, the alert is informational since resource information on payees is not recorded in ACES.
