This alert generates when errors are found during a supervisory audit.

PROCEDURE

1.    Review the errors with the supervisor and take the appropriate action to correct the errors.

DISPOSITION

The supervisor or lead worker dispositions the alert by entering a [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
