102: MEDS/MAA APP PENDING

This alert is generated overnight on AU’s associated with CSO 076 (MEDS) and on all HCS-SSI related medical AU’s when an interview process is completed for an AU.

DISPOSITION

System dispositions alert in the overnight batch process when the application is finalized.

PROCEDURE

This alert is a reminder about applications that have been through the Interview process, but have not been through Finalize. When required information is received or when the user is ready to disposition of the application:

  1. Enter Option [O] - Interview - and press <F15>.

  2. ACES displays the (ADDR).

  3. Make changes to the case on appropriate screens based on the information provided by the client.

  4. <TRANSMIT> to return to the alerts screen.

  5. Enter Option [ P] - Process - and press <F15>.

  6. When finished, press <F13> to return to the alerts screen.

  7. Enter Option [Q] - Finalize - and press <F15>.

  8. ACES will delete the alert in the overnight batch process.
