108: TEMP PLACEMENT OPEN FOR 180 DAYS- REVIEW HH STATUS

This alert generates to notify worker of record to review the status of the child’s temporary placement.

This alert displays approximately 60 days prior to the temporary placement end date on the DEM1 screen and again at the beginning of the month in which the temporary placement is scheduled to end.

This alert generates when the following conditions are met:

·         The child is a recipient of cash only on the custodial parent/caregivers TANF/SFA case.

·         The temporary placement end date on the DEM1 screen is expiring in approximately 60 days or

The temporary placement end date on the DEM1 screen is expiring at the beginning of the month in which the temporary placement is scheduled to end.

This is a client level alert generated on the child.

This is a month-end deadline alert.

This alert generates at Month Begin.

1.    Contact the Division of Children and Family Services to determine what action(s) to take based upon policy. See WAC 388-454-0015 Temporary absence from the home.

2.    Take appropriate action as necessary.

3.    Document action taken and enter [Y] in the D field to disposition the alert.
