110: ER / RECERT PENDING

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates the day after an eligibility review / re-certification has been initiated and the Elig Rvw Complete field is not updated on the MISC screen. This alert serves as a tracking tool for pending reviews / recerts.

PROCEDURE

·         To complete the review from the ALPR or ALCA screen:

1.    Enter [R] – Interim / Hist Change in the S field.

2.    Press <F15> - amen and the ADDR screen displays.

3.    Update the case with information reported during the review, and re-enter all required verification codes.

4.    Enter [Y] – Yes in the Elig Review Complete field on the MISC screen.

5.    Commit the data.

6.    <TRANSMIT> to return to the alert screen.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
