115: MID-CERT REVIEW INCOMPLETE: REDETERMINE ELIGIBILITY

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates at monthly issuance for F04, F06, and F07 AUs when it is indicated that the Mid-Certification Review is incomplete on the MISC screen. This includes F04 AUs that sprout when an AF AU Mid-Certification Review is incomplete.

PROCEDURE

·         To complete the Mid-Certification Review from the ALPR or ALCA screen:

1.    Enter [R] – Interim / Hist Change in the S field.

2.    Press <F15> - amen.

3.    If changes have been reported, enter the information as required on the appropriate screens.

4.    On the MISC screen, enter the date in the Date Report Recd field and update the Report Cmplt field with the appropriate code. See <F1> Help.

5.    Commit the data.

6.    <TRANSMIT> to return to the alert screen.

DISPOSITION

The system AUTO dispositions the alert when the worker processes the AU to indicate that the Mid-Certification Review is no longer overdue.
