This alert is generated when a quarterly report (QR) is noted as incomplete on the MISC. This alert serves as a reminder to the user that the client has returned the quarterly report form but has outstanding information that prevents the worker from completing the QR process.

This is a quarterly reporting alert.

PROCEDURE

  1. This acts as a reminder that the QR was received but is incomplete. Once the information has been provided, enter [R] - Inter / Hist Change and press <F15>.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Update the MR/QR Complete field on the MISC.

  4. Press <TRANSMIT> through the DONE to return to the alerts screen.

  5. If information is not provided and the AU is terminated, disposition the alert.
