Alert 130

ACES ALERTS

130: SDX RECEIVED, REVIEW FOR CURRENT ELIGIBILITY

DESCRIPTION

This two-tier alert displays for active and closed AUs.  The alert generates if an SDX interface file is received more than 75 days after the date the SDX Auto Open OK? indicator is set to [N] – No on the DEM1 or SDX1 screen.

This alert generates again if a previous Alert 130 was generated and a new SDX interface file is received more than 60 days since the previous alert.

If the SDX interface file is received more than 375 days after the date the SDX Auto Open OK? indicator is set, Alert 130 will not be generated.  Instead the SDX Auto Open OK? field is reset to [Y] – Yes and the SSI will be AUTO opened.
