135: SDX SHOWS A MATCH ON MULTIPLE SSN'S

This two-tiered alert is generated when the SDX interface file shows multiple SSNs for a client receiving SSI benefits. The user should review the SDX data on the second tier and determine if the number is a "dummy" number or a pseudo number (beginning with 990). If the number is neither of these, update the client data with the alternate SSN(s) on the (SSNA).
