137: DX SHOWS EARNINGS BUT ACES DOES NOT

This two-tiered alert is generated for Basic Food units when SDX has earned income on its file for a client but ACES does not have earned income on the EARN for the client. The user should compare the discrepancy and record results for IEVS reporting.

[EI] entry on EARN will still allow generation of this alert.

This is a month-end deadline alert.

PROCEDURE

1. View the second tier of the alert by entering a [Y] in the Sel field and pressing <F13> to view the SDX information.
2. Check the client's EARN to determine if income has been reported for budgeting.
   1. If the income was reported and a current income code of [EI] is being used on the EARN, then no further action is necessary.

b.      If the income has not been reported, the user will need to make contact with the client and request income information for case processing.
