142: SDX SHOWS CLIENT IS DISABLED BUT ACES DOES NOT

A two-tiered alert generated when the SDX interface file shows a client as disabled but that same client is not indicated as disabled on the (DEM2). The user must investigate the discrepancy and record results on the client screens(s).

This is a SDX and BENDEX alert.

PROCEDURE

1.       View the second tier of the alert by entering a [Y] in the Sel field and pressing <F13> to view the SDX information.

2.      Verify SSI eligibility.

3.      <F3> back to the alert screen.

4.      Inquire and act on the CLID in question.

5.      Use Inquiry or Interim Historical Change options by either entering Option [B] - Inquiry - or [R] - Interim / Hist Change in the Sel field.

6.      Press <F15> to display the (AMEN).

7.      Verify SSI income accuracy on the(UNER).

8.      Go to the client's (DEM2) to verify or enter the disability information to reflect SSI eligibility.

9.      Complete necessary information and confirm your results.

10.  Document actions taken and disposition the alert.
