This alert is generated when a CAMIS client is placed in foster care and is currently active in another AU. The user should review the eligibility for the child in AUs where the child is currently active and remove the child where appropriate.

This is a month-end deadline alert.

1. View the alert description. This is not a two-tiered alert.

2. Inquire on the child's CLID that was placed in foster care by the Division of Children and Family Services. Determine what programs this information may affect.

3. Contact the Division of Children and Family Services Foster Care Medical Unit to obtain enough detailed information to determine what action is necessary per policy rules.

4. Take appropriate action as necessary.

5. Document action taken and disposition the alert.
