DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when the SDX interface identifies that a client has filed an application for SSI.

PROCEDURE

1.    Review the SDX screens to determine if the client has been approved for SSI or if additional cases actions are needed.

2.    Notify the SSI facilitator of the application per local office procedure.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
