206: DISABILITY REVIEW NOT UPDATED CONTACT SW

This alert is generated at month begin one month prior to the Disability End Date on the DEM2 screen for the following clients:

• Client is an active recipient in an Assistance Unit that with Medical Coverage Group G03, G95, G99, S02, S07, S08, S95, S99, C01 (Non-SSI), C95, C99, L02, L04, L95, or L99; AND

• Client has disability approval source code OI or CD; AND

• Client is less than 65 years of age during the disability end month; AND

• Client does NOT have Social Security unearned income of type ‘SC’

DISPOSITION

• The user will need to contact the Social Service worker to find out the status of the disability decision (the disability determination referral should have been done at the time the Alert 205  was received).

• This is a user dispositioned alert.
