This alert is generated at month begin in the month in which the Disability End Date on the (DEM2) screen falls for the following clients:

• Client is an active recipient in an Assistance Unit with Medical Coverage Group G03, G95, G99, S02, S07, S08, S95, S99, C01 (Non-SSI), C95, C99, L02, L04, L95, or L99; AND

• Client has disability approval source code OI or CD; AND

• Client is less than 65 years of age during the disability end month; AND

• Client has Social Security unearned income of type ‘SC’

DISPOSITION

• This alert is generated to inform the user the disability end date has expired. The user needs to review the case to insure there is SC income coded on the (UNER) screen and if so, update the disability end date on the (DEM2) screen.

• This is a user dispositioned alert.
