213: GA CLIENT NEEDS PEP REVIEW

This alert is generated on a GA client to remind the user that a PEP review is due. The alert is generated 45 days prior to the incapacity end date. The alert is also generated at the beginning of the month if the end date is less than 45 days from today, and sometimes the alert is generated closer to the 60th day.

Following local office procedures, the user may send a referral to Social Services to initiate a PEP review. Once the user is advised that the PEP review has been completed, make the proper updates on the (DEM2).

  1. Identify the PEP due date.

  2. If the due date is the current month and the PEP approval has been received.

  3. Enter Option [R] Interim / Hist Chg., and press <F15> to access the (AMEN) from the alerts screen.

  4. Call (DEM2) and update the PEP dates.

  5. Call (DONE) and confirm eligibility.
